This, in order to help achieve their goals for : education for all.
For the 2009 edition, the research proposed by applicants must, according to the organizers, fall in line with the four identified themes: “Challenges of the millennium and education for development”, “Education and socio-economic groups (women and development)”, “Reforms of curriculum and strengthening the learning” and “Non-formal traditional methods of teaching the Koran”.
